Does my console need to work?

Working systems bring the real money. A system that won't power on is worth a smaller, honest offer in most cases — bring it in and we'll test it together either way.

I don't have the cords or controllers. Still buy it?

Yes — a bare console still has value, and extra controllers and original cords add to it. Bring whatever pieces you have.

Is the disc-drive version worth more than digital?

On PS5 and Xbox, the disc version is usually the stronger offer because it plays physical games. Digital-only models are still bought — bring it in.

Can I sell the system and the games together?

Please do. A system with its library is the cleanest lot we buy, and we'll make one combined offer for all of it.
