How much less is a cracked phone worth?

It depends on the model — the screen is often the priciest part, so on a flagship the deduction is real, and on an older phone it's smaller. What we won't do is quote 'up to' numbers. We test yours and give you your number.

It won't turn on at all. Worth anything?

Usually something. We can verify the IMEI from the device itself and price it as a non-working unit. Non-working flagship parts are worth real money.

It got wet. Should I even bother?

Yes — bring it in sooner rather than later. We don't need it to work to verify and price it, and sitting wet in a drawer only makes it worth less.

The screen is fine but the battery is shot. Same deal?

That's the gentlest damage there is. A tired battery is a small deduction, not a dealbreaker — plenty of the phones we buy need nothing but a battery to be whole again.
