Frequently asked questions.

Straight answers, no fine print. Anything else — call or text (225) 769-6828.

Do you buy cracked or damaged phones?

Yes — cracked screens, dead batteries, and phones that won't turn on are most of what we buy. Damage lowers the offer, it doesn't end it. Bring it in, we test it in front of you, and you decide with a real number in front of you.

How fast do I get paid?

Same visit. Once we've tested the device, verified the IMEI, and you've accepted the offer, you leave with cash — no waiting period, no store credit, no gift cards.

How does meeting up work?

Text us for a quote first — photos help. We'll text you back a scheduler link to pick a time that works, and once it's arranged we'll let you know where to meet. There's no public counter and we don't post an address; the spot is shared once your visit is set. For collections and big lots, we can often come to you instead.

What ID do I need?

A valid photo ID — driver's license, state ID, or passport. Louisiana law requires us to record seller ID for every purchase, and the item has to be yours to sell. No ID, no sale — no exceptions.

Can you tell me what my phone is worth over the phone?

We can talk ranges in general terms, but a real offer only happens one way: we hold the device, test it, and verify the IMEI in front of you. That's how you know the number is real.

Do you buy gold too?

Yes — gold jewelry, broken chains, single earrings, coins, and scrap gold. We weigh it on a calibrated scale and test the purity in front of you, then price it off weight, purity, and today's spot price.

Can I sell a broken iPhone that won't turn on?

Usually, yes — if the IMEI can be verified from the device and the activation status checks out as yours to sell. A dead flagship is priced as a non-working unit, not as trash, and the check costs you nothing.

Do I need the charger or the box?

No. They can add a little to an offer, but the device itself is what we're pricing. Bring what you have, skip what you don't.

My phone is locked to one carrier. Can I still sell it?

Carrier status is one of the things we check in front of you, and it factors into the offer. Bring it in, we'll run the check together, and you'll get a straight answer based on what it actually shows.

I still owe money on my phone. What happens?

Bring it in and we'll check its status in front of you and tell you plainly what we can and can't do. We won't promise anything about a financed phone before we've seen its actual status.

What if my gold isn't real?

Then we'll tell you straight, and the test is free. Everything is tested electronically in front of you before any offer, and plated pieces surprise a lot of people — nobody gets embarrassed here.

How is a gold offer calculated?

Weight × purity × today's live spot price, minus our margin. We weigh your gold on a calibrated scale and test the karat in front of you, and we'll show you every number — including the margin, if you ask.

Why don't you post prices online?

Because an honest price needs the item in hand: storage, battery health, screen condition, IMEI status, gold weight and karat. A site that posts a firm number sight-unseen is guessing, and the guess always seems to shrink later. Ours doesn't.

Do you buy Apple Watches or AirPods?

Our cash-on-the-spot buying covers phones, iPads, and MacBooks. For other Apple gear, text us what you have and we'll tell you honestly whether it's worth bringing in.

Do you buy video games and game systems?

Yes — games and systems are a core buy now, and retro is pushed hardest: NES, SNES, N64, GameCube, Sega, PS1, PS2, Atari, and Game Boy, loose or complete-in-box, plus Switch, PS5, and Xbox. See the video games and retro games pages.

Do you buy LEGO?

Yes — sealed sets, used sets, bulk tubs, minifigures, and whole collections. We don't post a per-pound rate because tubs vary too much; bring it in or text photos and we'll price what's actually there.

Do you buy trading cards?

Yes — Pokémon, sports cards, UFC, and Magic: sealed boxes, binders, graded and raw singles, and full collections. Key cards are priced one by one at the counter; bulk prices as bulk, out loud.

Do you buy sneakers?

Yes — Jordans and other limited sneakers, deadstock or clean used. Every pair gets an authenticity check in front of you, and size and condition drive the offer.

What does 'WE BUY COLLECTIONS — WE PICK UP' mean?

It's our banner and we mean it: full collections and large lots — toys, games, cards, LEGO, estates — can be bought in one visit, same day cash, and for qualifying lots we come to you. Text photos of the collection to start.

Do you buy toner and ink cartridges?

Yes — sealed, unused OEM toner and ink cartridges: HP, Brother, Canon, Lexmark, Xerox, Dell, and other major brands. Office surplus, overstock, and office cleanouts are welcome. Sealed and in-date is what gets the money, and we don't post per-cartridge prices — text a photo of your surplus shelf or a list of model numbers and we'll price it from that. Pickup is available in the Baton Rouge area for office quantities.

Do you buy diabetic test strips?

Yes — sealed, unexpired test strips and related supplies from major brands like Accu-Chek, OneTouch, FreeStyle, and Contour. Two plain rules: supplies must be factory-sealed and unexpired, and we cannot buy supplies obtained through Medicare, Medicaid, or other government programs. Your offer depends on the brand, the count, and the expiry date. Cash the same visit, and pickup is available in the Baton Rouge area.

I'm not in Baton Rouge. Do you serve my town?

Very likely — we buy from Denham Springs, Prairieville, Gonzales, Zachary, Central, Walker, Port Allen, Baker, Watson, Livingston, Slaughter, and St. Amant every week. See the areas we serve page for your town.

Still deciding?

The test is free and the offer has no strings. Text us and bring it by once we've set it up — Baton Rouge, LA 70808.
